**NOTE** When making your payment please put your original order number under special notes at checkout so that we apply your payment correctly. Thank You.

There is no payment needed to start your layaway. Simply add your product to Layaway and make your 1st payment within 30 days. If you do not make your 1st payment within 30 Days we simply cancel that order and place your product back in stock.

That Simple.

We understand that families have needs and there are no penalty charges for missed payments. You may make your payments Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly.

If you have an emergency that arises such as you need gas to go to work, you have a bill you need to pay, your children or loved one needs something. Simply write us an email with your order number and we understand. We don’t even need an explanation for your missed payment.

These are hard times and we are facing them together. Here at Battle Born Armory, we consider our customers as our extended family.

If you must cancel an order that you have in layaway and payments have been made. Because of our fees for credit card processing and taxes, we only charge you a 15% restocking fee for your order because those costs have to be paid out of our pocket.

If you decide within 45 days to get that Item or Items back in layaway and make a payment to bring the layaway where you left off. We will wave that 15%

I,e; you had a scope in layaway, you put that exact scope back on layaway and made your initial payment of the amount we refunded, we will deduct 15% off that new layaway order. Just simply email us with your previous order number and we are good to go.
