Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Battle Born Armory. If for any reason you are not, you may return new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds will typically be processed within four weeks from the time you hand your package over to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you may receive your refund more quickly. This timeframe includes transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the processing time once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will promptly provide you with instructions on how to proceed with returning items from your order.

Shipping

We are pleased to offer shipping to virtually any address in the world. However, please note that some products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Upon placing an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the shipping options you select. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, depending on the shipping provider you choose.

Please also be aware that shipping rates for many items we offer are weight-based. You can find the weight of any item on its detail page. To align with the policies of the shipping companies we work with, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
